When we decided it was time to sell our house, we started looking around to find a Real Estate agent we could work with. This was a big decision for us because we are moving into a new home that is designed specifically for my needs while at the same time facing the very real possibility that we could be retiring soon. We came across Kaiyla Spencer’s advertising on Facebook and called her right away. We’ve known her since she was a kid on the local swim team. We liked the kinds of things we saw her describing on the web for the locations she was selling and decided we should speak with her. We liked the idea of working with someone we were familiar with. When she came over to talk to us, she immediately put our minds at ease. We were originally going to wait to sell our house until very close to the time when our new house was ready but Kaiyla suggested that due to the changes in the market we would be better off to sell sooner rather than later. We were already in the process of packing things and storing them off-site prior to the move. Kaiyla loaned us her trailer to store some of the things we would need to keep until our move. This gave the team the ability to stage our house without a lot of work on their part. The result was amazing!! We couldn't believe this was the house that we had been living in for 25 years! Our house went up for sale on Wednesday and by Monday we had chosen the best offer and closed the sale of the house. All in all, the incredible support we got from Kaiyla and her team resulted in very little stress for us on top of selling our house for more than we could have hoped for. We first met Linda a few years ago at an open house, when our son was looking for his first home. Since then she stayed in touch with him and sent him listings if she thought he’d be interested in it. She helped him buy his first home in July 2019. Throughout that process she was very helpful with answering our questions and helping with the little hiccups we had after the purchase. She was very understanding of his preferences and always showed him houses that had what he was looking for. I just wanted to send you an email to say thank you very much for going above and beyond. We love the 2nd house that you showed us the minute we walked in. Yes it needed some work but we were willing to do this. We were supposed to close on October 17th 2014 but this did not happen due to some unforeseen circumstances. Over the last month we did not get any details about where things were sitting on the sellers side from our lawyer. This was not the case with you.
